As a Financial Analyst, you will conduct thorough analyses of operational transaction data, spotlighting performance metrics and financial variances. Collaborating closely with operational teams, you will leverage advanced Excel and Power BI to track KPIs and develop comprehensive reports, ensuring visibility into equipment utilization and maintenance costs for leadership review. You will also support the budgeting process and improve cost management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational financial data to uncover trends
• Explain month-over-month performance variances
• Support equipment performance monitoring and cost tracking
• Track and report on essential operational KPIs
• Maintain reporting tools utilizing Power BI for effective insights
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years in a financial analysis role
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in advanced Excel and BI reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
