Position: (CAN) Senior Manager, Finance
Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Finance leads financial planning, analysis, and strategy for key business areas. This role partners with business leaders to drive profitable growth, manage P&L, and ensure financial efficiency. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and team development.

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end financial management of a complex and multi-faceted eCommerce portfolio, including revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and investment planning.

Partner closely with business leaders across eCommerce, merchandising, operations, supply chain, product, technology, marketing, and strategy teams to drive informed decision-making.

Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance reporting.

Deliver insightful analysis of business results, key trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Evaluate strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and investment proposals, providing financial guidance to support business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, planning tools, reporting frameworks, and operational efficiencies.

Develop scalable financial models that support business planning and scenario analysis.

Present financial results, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted advisor to business partners.

Lead, coach, and develop finance talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Contribute to team engagement initiatives and help create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

Advanced finance, analytical, and business partnering experience.

Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
