Position: Manager of Operational Risk at Manulife

This key position reports to the Head of ORRO Governance & Risk Program Oversight. You will support effective operational risk tools while promoting awareness across various business units. A strong grasp of operational processes and exceptional communication skills will drive your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Challenge risk domains and governance activities effectively

• Evaluate and address non-compliance with requirements

• Recommend new controls as gaps are identified

• Review incidents and conduct root cause analyses

• Perform thematic reviews and suggest action plans

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in operational risk management or audit

• Broad knowledge of financial services and insurance

• Familiarity with operational risk categories

• Excellent analytical skills and professionalism

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
