Position: Cost Control Expert at PACT
Advance your career as a Cost Control Expert with PACT, located in Mississauga, Ontario. This role emphasizes financial oversight, budgeting, and cost effectiveness for the GTAA Accelerator Program.

As a member of the PMO team, you will report to the Cost Controller/Commercial Manager and be vital in managing the financial aspects of large-scale construction projects. Your expertise will ensure diligent cost tracking and accurate forecasting, making you essential in evaluating changes and monitoring financial impacts throughout the project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish cost control systems for project tracking

• Develop accurate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) predictions

• Analyze cost implications of change orders and claims

• Deliver detailed monthly financial reports to executives

• Verify contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering

• 5–7 years in cost controls or project management

• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Excel advanced features

• In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques

• Professional certifications like CPA or CCP are an asset
