Total Power Limited seeks a diligent Credit & Collections Analyst to manage customer invoices and resolve collection issues. In this role, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, working closely with various stakeholders. Ensure timely account monitoring and effective communication regarding credit limits and collections procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and discuss questionable credit scores with management

• Set up new customer accounts with tax and credit information

• Monitor account credit limits and aging receivables

• Perform collections on invoices over 30 days old

• Resolve customer disputes in coordination with internal teams

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of credit collections experience required

• Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or in progress preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
