Our client, a respected organization based in Mississauga, is looking for a highly experienced Director of Finance for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess significant finance leadership experience, demonstrating both strategic oversight and an ability to manage day-to-day operations. This role requires strong involvement in financial reporting, audit management, and the development of a growing payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the finance function

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage the external audit process and liaise with auditors

• Guide the payroll team and ensure compliance with best practices

• Enhance financial processes and governance standards

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 10 years in finance leadership

• Proven experience with financial reporting and audits
