Finance Coordinator

Position Overview  ISNA Canada is recruiting a Finance Coordinator for a full-time, one-year contract role at its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario. This position combines financial processing and administrative support to strengthen the organization's finance operations.

Key Responsibilities   Process invoices, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness
Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and prepare variance reports
Monitor organizational spending against budgeted amounts and alert management to overruns
Maintain accurate financial records and escal... discrepancies promptly
Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
Assist with audit preparation and grant documentation
Partner with internal departments to collect financial data for reports and analysis
Qualifications   Minimum two years of nonprofit finance or accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reconciliation, and accounts payable processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Location   Salary: CAD $45,000-$55,000 annually
