Detailed Finance Clerk

As a Finance Clerk reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle essential financial tasks to uphold accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will uphold the values of OFNTSC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll accurately

• Administer accounts receivable and manage invoices

• Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and transactions

• Reconcile HST/GST accounts with CRA

• Assist in month-end and year-end audit preparations

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• 1-3 years in an accounting or finance role

• Strong problem-solving skills with numbers

• Experience with Sage 300 is beneficial

• Must possess a reliable vehicle and driver’s license
