CGL in Mississauga is seeking a Dealer Services Representative for a temporary full-time role with a hybrid work model (2 days in office). You will ensure mutual fund licensing compliance and manage transaction documentation across provinces.
The position requires knowledge of investments and strong client service skills. You will review documents, translate client requests, answer calls, and guide staff on client issues while escalating non-compliant activities as needed.
