Finance Coordinator

Position Overview

ISNA Canada is recruiting a Finance Coordinator for a full-time, one-year contract role at its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario. This position combines financial processing and administrative support to strengthen the organization's finance operations.

• Process invoices, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and prepare variance reports
• Monitor organizational spending against budgeted amounts and alert management to overruns
• Maintain accurate financial records and escal... discrepancies promptly
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
• Assist with audit preparation and grant documentation
• Partner with internal departments to collect financial data for reports and analysis

• Minimum two years of nonprofit finance or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reconciliation, and accounts payable processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Salary: CAD $45,000-$55,000 annually
