Corporate Tax Manager at Magellan

In this position, you will prepare complex corporate tax returns and oversee necessary audits on domestic and international scales. Reporting to the Controller, your role stands at the intersection of finance and strategic tax insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze Canadian and multi-state tax returns

• Support various tax audits and compliance measures

• Research and interpret tax laws strategically

• Collaborate on consolidated tax provisions and reporting

• Assist unit finance teams with tax issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant tax experience required

• Must hold a CPA focusing on tax

• Advanced skills in tax software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical background in accounting rules

• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or tax essential
