In this senior role, you will be instrumental in executing rate level analyses and finding innovative ways to enhance business strategies. With at least six years of experience in Auto Rate making, your responsibilities will include model adjustments, peer coaching, and collaboration across departments to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine segmentations for models

• Conduct thorough rate analyses

• Identify and implement innovative improvements

• Coach less experienced actuaries

• Collaborate with underwriting and IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least six years of relevant experience

• Extensive experience in Auto Rate making

• Progress in CAS/CIA exams

• French required for Quebec positions
