In this full-time role, you will serve as a key finance partner for 22 Plant Managers, managing the operational budget and forecasting processes. Your analysis will directly influence financial decisions and enhance operational efficiencies. Collaboration across various departments will be essential for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational cost budgeting and forecasting

• Analyze financial results to monitor performance

• Assist Plant Managers with financial insights

• Develop continuous improvement strategies

• Prepare financial reports with in-depth analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing costing

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Effective communication abilities

• Familiarity with Oracle BI, JD Edwards, or Tableau
