Based in Mississauga, ON, you will serve as a vital business partner to various teams including Sales and Revenue Management. With seven or more years of finance experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods, you will leverage your strong analytical skills to optimize trade strategies and improve profitability. Your work will encompass leading financial reviews, engaging in customer investment strategy, and mentoring your team for overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales for optimal investment strategies

• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights

• Lead business performance reviews quarterly

• Support trade governance and financial compliance

• Coach the Sales Finance team towards high performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience

• Proficiency in analytical and forecasting methodologies

• Knowledge of Oracle or SAP is a plus

• Proven record of team leadership
