Member Service Representative

Position: Dynamic Member Service Representative Role
Elevate your career with DUCA as a full-time Member Service Representative at our Gateway branch in Mississauga, Ontario! You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while engaging with our diverse Membership.

As a Member Service Representative, you will be passionate about helping Members achieve their financial goals. You will identify and respond to needs, ensuring Members feel valued from the moment they enter the branch. Your ability to juggle priorities and serve various functions will stand out as you contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service at branch and through Member Connect

• Promote DUCA's financial solutions by opening new accounts

• Execute outbound calls for service follow-ups and appointment bookings

• Process Member financial transactions accurately and efficiently

• Identify financial service needs and elevate complex issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred

• Experience with cash handling and customer interactions

• Up to two years of experience in a banking or credit union

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
