Financial Analyst; FP&A)

Compensation: CAD $90,000 - $95,000 + 15% annual bonus

We are seeking a Senior
Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making within a growing organization in the life sciences sector. This role partners closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Analyze revenue, margins, and business performance.
• Support sales reporting, GTN reconciliation, inventory analysis, and audit activities.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, profitability, and new business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and automate reporting using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or Python.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is preferred.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar reporting tools is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
