Position: Senior Cost Controller for Amico Projects
Lead cost control efforts at Amico Infrastructure Inc as a Senior Cost Controller, ensuring accurate project spending and reporting. Manage variance analysis and facilitate project communications effectively.
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will oversee the financial aspects of major projects, utilizing your 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, forecasting, and change management.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Finance & Accounting during month-end processes, ensuring all financial metrics align with project goals. Strong analytical and organizational skills are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project reports and performance metrics

• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders

• Conduct cost estimation and manage project budgets

• Analyze and approve modifications to project scope and budgets

• Foster team communication and improve cost reporting
Requirements:

• Over 10 years as a Cost Controller in project environments

• Degree or diploma in finance or project management

• PMP certification preferred or in progress

• Strong IT skills, especially in Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal skills for team interactions
