As the Director of Gift Cards & Services, you will assume a pivotal role in establishing Walmart Canada’s strategic direction for gift card initiatives. You will harness your leadership capabilities to collaborate with various departments, focusing on innovative solutions that meet customer needs while enhancing financial service offerings. Your responsibilities will cover a breadth of financial products and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end strategy and manage gift card P&L

• Drive fraud prevention and risk mitigation initiatives

• Manage Walmart Protection Plans and financial access

• Innovate gift registry and ATM services

• Cultivate and manage key partnerships for growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in financial services or retail

• Demonstrated success in P&L management

• Strong understanding of gift card ecosystems

• Proven partner negotiation and strategic initiative skills

• Cross-functional leadership and communication expertise
