Work with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
Understand the local market and potential client base
Create sales plans to convert leads into new CIBC clients
Build relationships and network to generate opportunities and deliver results
Grow a professional network through community involvement
Develop connections with internal businesses and external realtors who can refer clients and opportunities

Requirements

Banking and mortgage experience
Experience providing mortgage advice and product solutions
Ability to focus on client experience and build relationships
Ability to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
Understanding of the local market and potential client base
Ability to create sales plans and convert leads into new clients
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Ability to build connections and generate business opportunities
Community involvement and networking with internal businesses and external realtors
Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
Valid work or study permit where applicable
May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
