Head of Finance - Weir Minerals EMEA

Lead financial excellence at Weir Minerals as the Head of Finance & Accounting for EMEA, based in Mississauga or Salt Lake City, with a hybrid work model. Oversee financial compliance, manage accounting operations, and drive process improvement across the region.

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with IFRS and regional statutory requirements while managing end-to-end accounting processes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead a high-performing team to foster operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance;
Master's preferred

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience

• Expert in IFRS and statutory reporting

• Proven leader in finance transformation

• Familiarity with treasury operations and tax compliance
