Position: Financial Analyst for Business Performance

In this pivotal role within the Business Performance team, you will support Marketing by providing in-depth financial analysis and improving brand growth strategies. This involves detailed evaluations of brand investments, monthly financial reviews, and monitoring the overall performance of Agency Brands. Your contributions will ensure effective budgeting and forecasting while upholding compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Marketing for financial insights and reports

• Assess brand investment and promotional strategies

• Maintain performance tracking frameworks for suppliers

• Conduct monthly financial close analyses

• Identify risks and opportunities in brand P&L

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Accounting

• 3-5 years in financial analysis roles

• CPA or MBA qualification preferred

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience with financial forecasting tools
