The Ontario Auto Personal Lines Rate making team seeks a skilled professional with at least six years of relevant experience.

Your role will include creating segmentations, adjusting models, and conducting thorough rate level analyses. Collaborate with various departments, mentor junior staff, and continuously innovate to improve and refine our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create segmentation models using advanced software

• Adjust models for strategic alignment and market behavior

• Conduct in-depth rate level analyses for quality insight

• Identify and implement innovative solutions for improvements

• Coach and support less experienced actuarial professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum of six years in relevant experience

• Extensive knowledge in Auto Rate making

• Progressing through CAS/CIA exams

• French language skills if located in Quebec
