Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of enthusiastic staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
- Coordinate and oversee events and special promotions
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- High school degree or equivalent
