Director of Hospitality

Elevate dining experiences as the Director of Hospitality at the Village of Erin Meadows in Mississauga. Lead a passionate team in creating exceptional culinary moments for residents.

This temporary full-time role requires strong customer service and leadership skills. You will coach a large hospitality team across multiple dining areas, focusing on menu planning and execution. An advanced Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve certification are essential to ensure top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hospitality teams in meal preparation and service

• Develop creative menus and oversee food presentation

• Plan and implement special events and programs

• Monitor food service orders to meet village needs

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service-driven environment

• Advanced Food Handlers and Smart Serve certifications
