We're growing our Toronto person base and will be conducting Flight Attendant interviews in Mississauga. You'll Be Doing Onboard.
- Planning inflight service and catering based on specific client requests—no two trips are the same.
- Greeting passengers warmly and helping them settle in with their personal belongings.
- Providing clear, confident briefings on safety equipment so clients feel secure and informed.
- Being prepared to administer basic first aid, CPR, or use an AED when needed.
- Checking that all cabin service supplies are sufficient for the duration of every flight.
- Storing, preparing, and serving food for both passengers and crew.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and restocking the cabin, galley, and lavatories after each leg—keeping everything spotless and ready for the next journey.
- Communicating any cabin defects promptly to the Pilot in Command.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Flight Attendant or within the hospitality industry.
- The ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass).
- A satisfactory criminal record check.
- A Canadian Passport or Permanent Resident Card.
- Strong assets:
An aviation or hospitality management diploma or degree. - Deeply customer service‑oriented—you genuinely enjoy making people feel cared for.
- Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
- Flexible and ready to work a varied schedule, as charter operations rarely follow a nine‑to‑five rhythm.
