Ensure operations adhere to company and regulatory standards while fulfilling clients’ expectations daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily catering staff activities and performance

• Provide real-time support and problem resolution during shifts

• Promote a safety-first culture and adherence to policies

• Monitor compliance with airline SOPs and SLAs

• Assist with onboarding new employees and training

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license in good standing

• Must be authorized to work in the country of employment

• Ability to operate catering trucks and ground service equipment

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
