Role Overview As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full‑cycle recruitment for high‑impact, senior and technical roles , including Energy Market Managers, Business Development, Energy Analysts, and other commercial/market‑facing positions.

You will serve as the engine behind Rodan’s employer brand , creating compelling social media content that attracts top candidates in the energy sector.

This role also manages one direct report (TA Coordinator) and is responsible for recruiting analytics, reporting, and optimizing TA processes.

It is ideal for a strong, data‑driven TA professional ready for elevated responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Technical & High‑Impact Recruitment Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and commercial energy roles (Energy Market Managers, BD, Analysts, Grid Services roles).

Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche, competitive talent pools across energy markets, utilities, and sustainability tech.

Conduct competency‑based interviews and partner with hiring managers on selection and decision‑making.

Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring technical and commercial roles.

Employer Brand & Social Media Own Rodan’s employer brand presence across social channels (primarily Linked In).

Build and publish content highlighting Rodan’s culture, technical excellence, growth, and employee experience.

Partner with Marketing to align voice, messaging, and visual brand standards.

Track engagement metrics and improve content performance over time.

Offer & Onboarding Management Draft, extend, and manage offer letters for all assigned roles.

Lead offer negotiations , balancing candidate expectations, compensation benchmarks, and internal equity.

Conduct background checks and manage all pre‑employment compliance steps.

Partner with HR and hiring managers to support seamless onboarding and Day 1 integration.

Recruitment Analytics & Dashboard Reporting Own the Talent Acquisition dashboard end‑to‑end.

Maintain data integrity in the ATS and produce weekly and monthly reporting on:
Time‑to‑hire / time‑to‑fill Offer acceptance rates Pipeline and funnel conversion rates Source effectiveness Aging requisitions Provide insight and recommendations to HR leadership to improve process speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Team Leadership Potential to move into a people leadership role with 1- direct report, within a short timeframe, for the right person. Coach, and prioritize the workload of the TA Specialist, ensure consistent process execution and high‑quality candidate experience.

Support development and capability‑building within the TA function.

Process Improvement & Hiring Manager Enablement Improve TA workflows, templates, and hiring practices for technical and commercial roles.

Build and refine interview guides, assessments, and structured evaluation criteria.

Support co‑op and early‑career programs, including school partnerships and recruitment cycle.

Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technical, analytical, commercial, or energy‑sector roles .

Demonstrated success hiring for niche, hard‑to‑fill roles.

Strong sourcing capability across Linked In Recruiter, market mapping, and outbound outreach.

Experience drafting offers and leading compensation/offer negotiations.
