Travel to Office Expectations
For Remote Roles:
If this role is remote, there will be in‑office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual team meetings.

Team Summary
The Talent Acquisition team is a group of 7–8 experienced professionals specializing in executive search, campus hiring, technical recruiting, go‑to‑market and corporate recruitment, and pre‑boarding operations. The team operates in a hybrid environment and leverages a mix of modern recruiting technologies to support efficient, high‑quality hiring across the organization. Collaboration, consistency, and strong candidate and hiring‑manager experiences are core to how the team works.

This role leads a skilled, high‑performing group that supports a diverse range of hiring needs across North America and plays a critical part in shaping the organization’s talent pipeline.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Executive Recruiter leads end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive‑level roles across Point Click Care . This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and engaging top leadership talent while delivering a consistent, transparent, and high‑touch candidate experience. The Senior Executive Recruiter applies deep market research, talent intelligence, and consultative advisory skills to influence hiring decisions and shape executive pipelines.

Leveraging AI‑supported sourcing, screening, and interview‑insight tools, the role focuses on relationship‑building, strategic evaluation, and delivering high‑quality outcomes at speed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle executive recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and guiding senior‑level candidates through a confidential, high‑touch process.

Use AI‑enabled sourcing, screening, and workflow tools (e.g., AI‑curated slates, automated screening insights, interview intelligence platforms) to identify, prioritize, and engage high-quality talent efficiently.
