About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-op Student to join our team for a 4-month work term. This opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience supporting various human resources functions in a dynamic mining environment. The placement will include practical HR experience, exposure to HR systems and best practices and skills development in recruitment and onboarding.
This role will be based at our Côté Gold office in Sudbury, Ontario on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Provide administrative support, including updating HR databases.
Update HR metrics via Power Bi.
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Other tasks, as required.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
Currently enrolled in Human Resources Management or a related business program.
