Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Performance
Training Design:
Support the creation and delivery of training plans and instructional presentations to enhance employee skills.
Performance Management:
Support the annual performance review cycle, goal-setting, and tracking of employee development.
Succession Planning:
Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Needs Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into learning objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Administer job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strategic Partnership:
Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on selection criteria and hiring best practices.
Candidate
Experience:
Manage bilingual communication (English/French) and identify opportunities to leverage systems for a seamless candidate journey.
Branding:
Collaborate with marketing to manage recruitment campaigns across social media, job boards, and internal referral programs.
Onboarding:
Assist with orientation scheduling, new hire documentation, and first-day support.
Administrative & Technical Support
Data Analytics:
Maintain recruitment trackers and utilize HR systems to analyze metrics such as "time to fill" and training completion rates.
Reporting:
Design high-impact presentations and reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable narratives.
Documentation:
Manage data within Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to ensure version control and collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
A College Diploma or University Degree focused on Human Resources or equivalent.
1–2 years of progressive human resources experience.
Full professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Working towards a CHRP designation is considered an asset.
Proactive "talent hunter" mindset with excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
Occasional travel within Canada may be necessary.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 .
