Position: A.C. Americas Human Resources Leader
Become a pivotal Human Resources Manager at A.C. Americas, serving both Canada and the US. Your leadership will enhance performance management, employee relations, and overall workplace culture.

You will serve as the HR subject matter expert, partnering with senior leadership in crafting strategic business objectives while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your focus includes managing employee engagement and developing effective talent acquisition plans. Drive A.C. Americas’ commitment to diversity and inclusion through comprehensive HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance management and goal-setting processes

• Oversee employee training and organizational development

• Conduct competitive pay research for recruitment

• Maintain HR metrics and compliance with labor laws

• Manage employee benefits and health care enrollments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR

• 5-8 years in progressive HR roles

• Strong understanding of HR regulations in Canada and the US

• Experience with HRIS systems like Dayforce preferred

• Relevant HR certification (e.g., CHRP)
