In this contract role, you'll be responsible for high-volume recruitment across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the primary contact for staffing needs, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This position requires a strong focus on safety and alignment with company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for industrial roles

• Collaborate with managers on vacancy intakes

• Source candidates through various recruitment channels

• Screen applicants for technical and cultural fit

• Manage candidate experience from application to offer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or similar

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in industrial sectors

• Proficiency with ATS and Linked In Recruiter

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Commitment to safety practices and protocols
