Ideal candidates will manage high-volume recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive a professional experience. Availability to start immediately is essential for this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for merchandising positions

• Source candidates and conduct initial resume screenings

• Conduct interviews via Zoom and telephone

• Maintain communication with candidates during hiring

• Handle onboarding and prepare employment offers

Requirements:

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced settings

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus

• Knowledge of retail recruitment processes

• Experience using ATS for candidate tracking

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
