In this full-time role, you'll serve as a bridge between participants and businesses, actively developing job opportunities and promoting Achev’s recruitment services. Your experience in job matching and employer relations will help you manage the end-to-end employment process, ensuring a positive outcome for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify work opportunities through outreach

• Communicate program advantages to employers

• Maintain strong partnerships with businesses

• Plan and execute job fairs and networking events

• Support facilitators with participant needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B Sales or Recruitment

• Job search facilitation experience preferred

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Knowledge of job market trends in Ontario
