As part of Flynn's HR team, you will be responsible for the administration and reporting of our Human Resources systems. Your expertise will support system upgrades, data integrity, and analytics efforts, ensuring that HR processes are effective and user-friendly. A thorough understanding of HR data structures and strong analytical skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain HRIS and related systems

• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports

• Liaise with IT for system enhancements and troubleshooting

• Manage security roles and user access protocols

• Ensure HR data governance and compliance efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years of HRIS or HR administration experience
