Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive Total Rewards strategies
• Manage compensation frameworks and equity compliance
• Collaborate on benefit program selection
• Ensure timely regulatory compliance in retirement plans
• Cultivate a high-performing, innovative team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
• Over 5 years in Total Rewards leadership
• Certifications like CCP or CEBS are beneficial
• Strong analytical skills for market benchmarking
• Experience in compliance with industry regulations
