Senior HRIS Specialist

Position: PointClickCare Senior HRIS Specialist
Drive HR technology transformation as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Point Click Care , focusing on SAP Success Factors and future platform readiness. This role includes traveling to the Mississauga office for key events.
This 16-month contract requires a proactive HRIS leader capable of managing day-to-day operations while supporting HR's ongoing initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, stabilizing current systems and contributing to integration projects. With significant involvement in data management and testing, this role is crucial for a seamless HRIS experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary HRIS support for core HCM modules and functions

• Manage configurations, testing, and enhancements

• Handle data management, security, and compliance tasks

• Collaborate on HR-led initiatives and reporting needs

• Support HR transformation and future platform changes
Requirements:

• 7+ years in senior HRIS roles within large enterprises

• Strong SAP Success Factors experience including backend

• Strong integration and data troubleshooting skills

• Independent contractor with minimal operational ramp-up

• Degree in HR or Information Systems preferred
