Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR functions including employee relations

• Implement strategies to retain and develop employees

• Oversee maintenance of the HRIS for performance reporting

• Participate in the development of safety programs

• Prepare monthly reports on organizational performance

Requirements:

• Degree focused on Human Resources Management

• At least five years of HR experience

• Strong background in labour relations

• NFP experience as an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
