The Employment Coordinator position is vital for connecting CIMT graduates with relevant internships and jobs. You will facilitate student resume building and conduct interview preparation, building strong relationships with local employers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple placements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate practicum placements and student support

• Assist students with resumes and interview skills

• Establish employer relationships for successful placements

• Maintain accurate records of placements and outcomes

• Organize job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Career Counseling

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of job search techniques
