Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientations efficiently

• Maintain and input employee records in HRIS and Excel

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

• Organize training administration for staff development

• Liaise with finance on payroll-related changes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management

• 1-2 years in an HR administrative role

• Progressing or completed CHRP preferred

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
