Position: Employee Engagement Specialist at Amhil North America
Enhance employee engagement as an Employee Experience Business Partner with Amhil North America. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive HR solutions in a collaborative environment.

As part of Amhil, you will work with the VP of People & Engagement to implement employee engagement and recognition strategies. Your focus will be on onboarding processes, employee feedback mechanisms, and strengthening HR metrics to improve retention and engagement. Additionally, you will serve as a key advisor to operations on HR policies and union relations, promoting a cohesive and respectful workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to enhance employee value propositions

• Manage effective onboarding and recognition programs

• Lead engagement initiatives, including listening sessions

• Provide HR guidance on attendance and discipline matters

• Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, with an emphasis on engagement

• Relevant HR degree or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Proven skills in HR analytics and reporting

• Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency
