Job description
Our Client is a well established and respected law firm, and they are currently seeking a civil litigation lawyer with at least 5 years of experience working with civil litigation matters in Ontario and be a member in good standing with the Ontario Law Society.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following types of litigation matters.
Business and Commercial litigation
Construction Lien matters
Employment related disputes
Estate Litigation
Contract enforcement and debt collection
The successful candidate will have:
3 to 5 years of experience in civil / commercial litigation matters
A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills
An entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships
Excellent academic credentials
