Legal Counsel

Our client, a growing and entrepreneurial real estate organization operating in the GTA and surrounding areas, is seeking to add a senior Real Estate Lawyer & Operational Manager to support its expanding private mortgage and residential real estate division. This is a unique fully remote in-house role combining legal leadership with operational oversight, including the opportunity to lead a future real estate law firm.

The successful candidate will manage real estate and mortgage enforcement documentation, oversee mediation processes, and lead the legal operations for private mortgage and property acquisition transactions. This role is ideal for an experienced lawyer who is comfortable working independently and playing a key role in building and shaping a growing legal platform.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in real estate law and mortgage enforcement law.
