This is a leadership role for someone who’s earned the right to run a region.

You’ve built and led high-performing B2B sales teams. You know how to grow people, build systems that scale, and win customers the right way. You understand that sustainable results come from discipline, clarity, and trust - not heroics.

At Jim Peplinski Capital, we provide fleet management and asset-backed financing solutions to Canadian businesses coast to coast. We’ve been doing it since 1990, and we’re still growing.

What you’ll do

Lead and scale the Eastern Canada sales team

Coach, develop, and retain top commercial talent

Build the systems, habits, and operating rhythm that drive performance

Turn pipeline insight and CRM data into action

Deliver sales plans that are met, measured, and exceeded

Build long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and service

You likely bring

5+ years leading high-performing B2B sales teams

A track record of exceeding targets and developing leaders

Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills

A passion for coaching, communication, and collaboration
