• Schedule and conduct interviews from entry level to skilled positions
• Recruit, interview, place and motivate employees in a wide variety of industrial and administrative positions throughout the Mississauga area
• Work in partnership with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and expectations succeed
• Be on-site at client sites several times per week in Mississauga
• Work hybrid from home, our Milton office, and on-site at our clients in Mississauga

Salary offered is dependent on transferable skills/experience: this is not an hourly position. Benefits include a competitive bonus plan based on branch performance, medical benefit plan, paid mileage, paid training, monthly wellness bonus, personal internet service reimbursement, and much more!

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year
• Minimum 1 year staffing industry experience
• An upbeat, positive and energetic attitude
• Your own transportation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strength in creativity and analysis
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment
