Position: Visionary Executive Director Role at Eva's
Empower vulnerable youth through strategic leadership as Executive Director at Eva's Initiatives in Toronto. Drive operational excellence and advocate for change in a dynamic social service environment.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead the organization with a focus on anti-racism and inclusivity.

Your role will involve fostering a high-performance culture among dedicated teams while influencing systemic improvements for the youth served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic goals to enhance youth services

• Build and maintain relationships with funders and community partners

• Advocate for youth-centric policies and funding solutions

• Promote a healthy organizational culture with staff support

• Spearhead initiatives addressing systemic barriers to youth well-being

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business or relevant experience

• Demonstrated leadership experience in the social services sector

• Strong financial and crisis management capabilities

• Knowledge of unionized environments is an asset

• Proven commitment to social justice and anti-oppressive practices
