Position: City Enforcement Operations Manager
Become the Enforcement Operations Manager at the City of Mississauga, focusing on efficient parking enforcement to enhance community safety and compliance. This leadership position is crucial for effective service delivery.

You will manage a dedicated team of Field Services Supervisors and oversee the performance of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of Supervisors and enforcement officers

• Execute planning for daily enforcement activities

• Analyze workload distribution and performance indicators

• Ensure compliance with municipal by-laws and policies

• Coordinate responses to events and public safety concerns

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice

• 5-7 years in a leadership role within enforcement

• Strong understanding of municipal and provincial enforcement laws

• Proven experience in operational management and metrics

• Valid Class G driver’s licence mandatory
