In this full-time, permanent position based in Mississauga, you will manage a large-scale distribution operation that includes overseeing warehouse management and delivery logistics. Your expertise in safety programs, budgeting, and team leadership will be essential in driving operational success and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all warehouse and delivery operations
• Establish and manage the annual operating budget
• Participate actively in Health and Safety initiatives
• Implement methods to optimize processes and costs
• Facilitate communication between departments and union management
Requirements:
• 7+ years of applicable distribution management experience
• College Diploma or equivalent education is required
• Strong leadership within a unionized workplace
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
