Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Office Support Associate’s activities

• Monitor property maintenance and safety compliance

• Lead budget oversight for facility operations

• Implement sustainability initiatives across all locations

• Communicate projects and changes to employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent

• At least seven years in facilities management roles

• Proven experience with financial analysis and budgeting

• Project management experience (PMP preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
