Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join the team at 401 Dixie Kia.

Pay Rate: $150,000-$175,000/Year

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
  • Acquire used vehicles for retail sales, with afocus on sourcing through a busy service drive.
  • Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of used vehicles for delivery
  • Effectively manage leads and personally engage with all retail used sales traffic at the dealership.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs
  • Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs
  • Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings
  • Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Strong Knowledge of CDK, 180, V-Auto, and Auto Alert
  • Proficient in overall computer skills with the ability to adapt to a sophisticated CRM system.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability tomake sound decisions
  • Experience in Pre-Owned auto sales preferred
  • Two (2) years of management experience
  • Valid OMVIC License preferred
